Apple prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Apple in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.2 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
A apple prefilled pod from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.2 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested apple in a prefilled pod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where apple goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why apple tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.2 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for apple in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
How long does apple in a prefilled pod last?
In Nouméa we measured 6 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
