Berry mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Berry in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Berry mesh tank here
Berry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.05 per 10 ml.
A berry mesh tank from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.05 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a berry mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
Berry in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested berry in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every berry bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where berry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why berry tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.05 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.05 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does berry in a mesh tank last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
