Berry starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Berry in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
A berry starter kit from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.4 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run berry the same way in Nouméa: same starter kit, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: berry in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a berry starter kit really costs in Nouméa
A berry starter kit from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.4 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested berry in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where berry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why berry tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing berry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for berry in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On berry the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.4 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
