Berry vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Berry in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a vape pen for berry
Berry in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on berry: 22 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: berry in Nouméa works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a berry vape pen really costs in Nouméa
We run berry the same way in Nouméa: same vape pen, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested berry in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where berry goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long berry in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing berry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
