Candy 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Candy in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Candy 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on candy: 13 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested candy in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.49 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for candy in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
