What the label on Candy is allowed to say
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.19 per 10 ml.
The short version: candy in Nouméa works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa

How we tested candy in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where candy goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.19 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
