Candy mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Candy in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Candy is allowed to say
A candy mesh tank from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.73 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at candy in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
Candy in Nouméa reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested candy in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where candy goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
