Candy nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Candy in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good nicotine salt bottle from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you are looking at candy in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the nicotine salt bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy nicotine salt bottle really costs in Nouméa
Candy nicotine salt bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested candy in a nicotine salt bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where candy goes wrong
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
How long does candy in a nicotine salt bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
