Candy pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Candy in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Candy is allowed to say
Candy pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at candy in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy pen device really costs in Nouméa
We run candy the same way in Nouméa: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested candy in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where candy goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for candy in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is candy legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.4 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does candy in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
