Candy RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Candy in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.27 per 10 ml.
Candy in Nouméa reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: candy in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy RDA really costs in Nouméa
A candy RDA from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.27 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested candy in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.27 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
