Candy refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Candy in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.14 per 10 ml.
We run candy the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: candy in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Candy refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested candy in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where candy goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here

On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.14 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is candy legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
