Caramel 10 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Caramel in Nouméa: 23 units tested over 9 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Caramel 10 ml bottle here
A caramel 10 ml bottle from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.57 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run caramel the same way in Nouméa: same 10 ml bottle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: caramel in Nouméa works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.57 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a 10 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for caramel in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
