Caramel 100 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Caramel in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good 100 ml bottle from a repack
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a 100 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A caramel 100 ml bottle from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.93 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 100 ml bottle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
We run caramel the same way in Nouméa: same 100 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for 100 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
