Caramel 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Caramel in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for caramel
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.48 per 10 ml.
Caramel 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here

Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.48 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
