Caramel sub-ohm kit IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Caramel in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A caramel sub-ohm kit from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.04 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on caramel: 22 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.04 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.04 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
