How we tested Cherry pen device here
If you are looking at cherry in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Cherry pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: cherry in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cherry pen device really costs in Nouméa
We run cherry the same way in Nouméa: same pen device, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cherry in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cherry bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.15 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cherry blend itself harsh.
How long does cherry in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 7 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.15 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
