Cherry pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Cherry in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What cherry costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A cherry pen device from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.09 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long cherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cherry pen device really costs in Nouméa
Cherry in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cherry in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cherry start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How long does cherry in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 8 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does cherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cherry blend itself harsh.
