Cherry refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Cherry in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cherry habit
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Cherry refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long cherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cherry refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Cherry refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cherry in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.73 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is cherry legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does cherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cherry blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should cherry start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
