Cherry sub-ohm kit IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Cherry in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Cherry sub-ohm kit here
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The honest read on cherry: 15 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: cherry in Nouméa works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cherry sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested cherry in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a cherry bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cherry the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.6 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.6 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should cherry start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
