How we tested Citrus 30 ml shortfill here
Citrus in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The honest read on citrus: 11 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.14 per 10 ml.
