Citrus 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Citrus in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What citrus costs in Nouméa
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.7 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
We run citrus the same way in Nouméa: same 30 ml shortfill, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for citrus in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
