Citrus in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
Citrus in Nouméa reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A citrus cartomizer from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.19 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: citrus in Nouméa works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.19 per 10 ml.
How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for citrus in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
