Citrus cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Citrus in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A citrus cartomizer from the value options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.96 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run citrus the same way in Nouméa: same cartomizer, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
Citrus in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
