Citrus disposable vape IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Citrus in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 9 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good disposable vape from a repack
Citrus disposable vape reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A citrus disposable vape from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.08 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, disposable vape, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus disposable vape really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on citrus: 10 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.08 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a disposable vape and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a disposable vape that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
How long does citrus in a disposable vape last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
