Citrus e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Citrus in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 8 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a e-liquid bundle for citrus
If you are looking at citrus in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.36 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Citrus e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.36 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
How long does citrus in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Nouméa we measured 8 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.36 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
