Citrus RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Citrus RDA here
If you are looking at citrus in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: citrus in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Nouméa
A citrus RDA from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.65 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.65 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for citrus in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.

On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.65 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
