Citrus starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Citrus in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Citrus starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested citrus in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.15 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for citrus in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.15 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.15 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does citrus in a starter kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 8 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
