Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.66 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at coconut in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Coconut vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested coconut in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.66 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.66 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
How long does coconut in a vape pen last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
