Coffee refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Coffee in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
If you are looking at coffee in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Coffee refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: coffee in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coffee refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Coffee prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.62 per 10 ml.
How we tested coffee in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing coffee with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for coffee in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is coffee legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
What nicotine strength should coffee start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does coffee taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the coffee blend itself harsh.
