Coffee refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Coffee in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Coffee refill pack here
Coffee prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.68 per 10 ml.
A coffee refill pack from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.68 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: coffee in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coffee refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Coffee refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested coffee in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
