The short version: cola in Nouméa works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cola 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Cola 10 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cola in a 10 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where cola goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised XPF45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.26 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 10 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.26 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 10 ml bottle.
