Cola refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Cola in Nouméa: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a refill pack for cola
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.62 per 10 ml.
Cola in Nouméa reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola refill pack really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on cola: 23 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested cola in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where cola goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
