Cola refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Cola in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Cola sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run cola the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Cola in Nouméa reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cola in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cola goes wrong
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cola in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cola in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is cola legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.11 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does cola in a refill pack last?
In Nouméa we measured 8 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
