Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
We run cream the same way in Nouméa: same 10 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the 10 ml bottle you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Cream in a 10 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested cream in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is cream legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
How much does a 10 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.94 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF65 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
