Cream in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What cream costs in Nouméa
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.78 per 10 ml.
A cream mesh tank from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.78 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at cream in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cream in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.78 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does cream in a mesh tank last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
