Cream nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Cream in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Cream is allowed to say
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Cream nicotine salt bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream nicotine salt bottle really costs in Nouméa
A cream nicotine salt bottle from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.03 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a nicotine salt bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cream goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.03 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
How much does a nicotine salt bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.03 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF46 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
