Cream RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cream habit
A cream RDA from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.58 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.58 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream RDA really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on cream: 18 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
