Cream refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Cream in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Cream refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run cream the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream refill pack really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested cream in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.46 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does cream in a refill pack last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
