The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream refill pack really costs in Nouméa
We run cream the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cream in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where cream goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.08 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.08 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
