Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Cream starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.16 per 10 ml.
The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream starter kit really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at cream in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cream in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
