Dessert mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Dessert in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What dessert costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Dessert in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
Dessert mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested dessert in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
