Dessert RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist
Dessert in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Dessert RDA here
The honest read on dessert: 19 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A dessert RDA from the value options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.63 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert RDA really costs in Nouméa
We run dessert the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested dessert in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
