Dessert starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Dessert in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Dessert starter kit here
Dessert starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run dessert the same way in Nouméa: same starter kit, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert starter kit really costs in Nouméa
A dessert starter kit from the starter options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.01 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
