Dessert vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Dessert in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with dessert in New Caledonia
A dessert vape pen from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.39 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at dessert in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: dessert in Nouméa works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert vape pen really costs in Nouméa
We run dessert the same way in Nouméa: same vape pen, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested dessert in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
