Fig RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Fig in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with fig in New Caledonia
Fig in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Fig RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: fig in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig RDA really costs in Nouméa
Fig RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested fig in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where fig goes wrong
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.02 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
