Fig starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Fig in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Fig sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run fig the same way in Nouméa: same starter kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig starter kit really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on fig: 18 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested fig in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where fig goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.94 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
