Frozen 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Frozen in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for frozen
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at frozen in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested frozen in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.6 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
