Frozen mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Frozen in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Frozen in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Frozen mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at frozen in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.36 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
How long does frozen in a mesh tank last?
In Nouméa we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
