Frozen nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Frozen in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a nicotine salt bottle for frozen
A frozen nicotine salt bottle from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.32 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: frozen in Nouméa works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen nicotine salt bottle really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at frozen in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the nicotine salt bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a nicotine salt bottle
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for nicotine salt bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Is frozen legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
