Frozen prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Frozen in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
If you are looking at frozen in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Frozen in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: frozen in Nouméa works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
Frozen in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested frozen in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.56 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
Is frozen legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
How long does frozen in a prefilled pod last?
In Nouméa we measured 8 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
